Who we are

Systemic Clinical Psychologist
Ines Zabalaga
I am a Bolivian woman, mother of two wild creatures, with a heart full of many countries' flags. I grew up between Mexico, central America and Uruguay, in the 70s and 80s, decades of changing times with very adventurous parents that had the hope that we could create a better place on earth if we decided to put energy into it.
Sometimes it feels like I want to make this dream true by using my Sagitarian vibes and it comes up like: I want a life around the smell of water drops falling into very dry soil and I just want to collect tears in silver spoons for us to drink them over and understand that: WE ARE THE MEDICINE really.
I believe in the opportunity to reconnect with our essence: PURE LOVE! as a baseline to make a better world. And the way to get there is to take responsibility for our personal work, to practice a compassionate curiosity over what's the fabric of our own fears, those that are preventing us from a more spacious life, those that are protecting our persona with sophisticated defense mechanisms. We are a dangerous species with a high risk of not being able to reconnect with the spiritual grace of hope and love, therefore we are like a wild wounded beast looking for relief. Unless we try something different. So, we shall try, and we do try … sometimes in little steps, sometimes in big jumps, but we are constantly trying to get well, to be better humans.
So, this is my personal invitation, to myself and to you. To recover sobriety and soberany over fear. And do it with OPEN WINGS, to do it TOGETHER because WE ARE NEVER ALONE.
If we talk about formal education experiences, I can share that I am a clinical psychologist with 24 years of experience in this area. Master in Education, Master in Systemic Therapy, Family Constellations certified Facilitator, Director of Spontaneous Theatre, Bach and Uruguayan Flowers Practitioner, also currently working on the last requirements to certify from Dr. Gabor Maté´s Compassionate Inquiry program in the work with trauma.
Since I graduated as a family Constellations Facilitator I have concentrated my vision and work with the assistance of horses for holding individual and collective healing spaces. And yes!!! It is simple and amazing!! Horses can mirror the deepest energetic ways a human carries life experience. They are constantly performing according to what feels safest to life. So when we work with the field and the combined energies of these noble animals and humans, they will for sure show you the way back to the basics of good life and love: HOME.
